GoSpectro: Turn your smartphone into a portable spectrometer
The GoSpectro is a device that turns any smartphone or digital tablet equipped with a camera into an ultracompact and powerful light spectrometer. Sensitive over the entire visible range (400 nm – 750 nm), with a spectral resolution of 10 nm and reproducibility of 1 nm, GoSpectro allows the spectral characterization of light sources and spectra measured in emission, transmission or reflection, with unparalleled compactness. It is the ideal companion for measuring light spectra outdoors, in the field or for any application requiring high portability.
The applications are unlimited. Today our expertise is focused in particular on the following areas
- Gemology and Jewellry
- Authentication
- Lighting and filters identification
- Education & Research
GL Optic Light Measurement Solution
Powered by Innovation
GL Optic is the brand name of JUST Normlicht GmbH, Germany the world’s leading supplier of standardized light solutions for the printing and graphic arts industries. Since 2009 under the brand of GL Optic, JUST is developing and distributing a complete product line of precise spectral light measuring devices.
GL SPECTROMETERS
Our smart spectrometers are operated by touchscreen, connect via Wi-Fi, exchange data with Micro SD card and interact by hardware triggering … and all of this without compromising on accuracy.
GL OPTISPHERES
The LED application market is growing as well as your measurement needs. GL Optic offers you the right integrating sphere for your size of product: from 48mm to 2m diameter or more. All spectrometers connect to any size of sphere – with direct connection.
GL Accessories
Changing from Lux to Lumen and then to cd / m2 is as easy as connecting a new accessory to your spectrometer. Automatically the system re-calibrates to the new setup and you are always using the correct absolute spectral calibration.
GL SPECTROSOFT

Video Scope International, Ltd (VSI) – The Low Light Level and High Speed Imaging Specialists
We are the world’s leading manufacturer of advanced UV, visible, and IR video imaging equipment for scientific, industrial and military markets.
We specialize in low light level and high speed imaging. Our products utilize the unique performance qualities of image intensifiers, some of which are manufactured to our special requirements. This allows us to build both image intensifier assemblies and image intensified cameras with unmatched performance. All of our products have the highest resolution and sensitivity that we can build into them. This is achieved by careful management and design of the components used in their manufacture. Our unique design and manufacturing capabilities allow us to provide custom turnkey solutions for the most demanding applications.
Video Scope International, Ltd. (VSI) was launched to solve one problem facing the microscopy industry: cameras were not capable of recording live cell events. Illumination is harmful to cells or overpowers the event being observed. Superb low light level sensitivity was the key. We pioneered the effort to use image intensifiers (a night vision device) for scientific research. We have concentrated our efforts on making linear instruments allowing accurate quantification of data.
We are dedicated to providing video equipment meeting the diverse needs of rigorous scientific imaging applications. We are leaders in UV, Visible and IR video imaging equipment. Many of our products are based on using the unique performance qualities found in image intensifiers, some of which are manufactured to our special requirements. This allows us to build both image intensifier assemblies and image intensified cameras with superb performance.
Ten years ago, we introduced a new line of image intensifiers and intensified cameras dedicated to overcome the unique challenges in the High Speed Imaging industry. The success of these cameras has allowed breakthroughs in this specialty imaging not possible before.
All of our products achieve the highest resolution and sensitivity that we can build into them. This is achieved by careful management and design of the components used in their manufacture.

BAYSPEC
The company designs, manufactures and markets advanced spectral instruments, from UV-VIS spectrometers, benchtop and portable NIR and Raman analyzers, to confocal Raman microscopes, for the biomedical, pharmaceuticals, chemical, food, semiconductor, homeland security, and the optical telecommunications industries.
BaySpec, Inc. was founded by optical engineers on the premise of manufacturing rugged, reliable, high-performance devices. Despite the company’s relatively small size, we weathered the boom and bust of the telecommunications technology industry, outperforming many large competitors to become one of the market leaders, having shipped more than 35,000 different spectroscopic systems. The same approaches that enabled our systems to weather the telecom competition have also been utilized in our spectroscopy devices.
Unlike most optical device companies today, BaySpec manufactures every major component of our systems in-house, in the USA. From packaging the detectors, to creating the gratings, to the control electronics and operating software, we do it all in our Silicon Valley headquarters. This allows us to be much more creative and extremely cost-effective, which truly sets BaySpec apart from the competition.
BaySpec’s Compact OCI-2000™ Snapshot Spectral Imager brings for the first time high performance hyperspectral/multispectral real-time imaging in a compact handheld form factor weighing only 0.8 lbs.(363 grams). The imager acquires full, VIS-NIR hyperspectral/multispectral data with high spectral resolution at one snapshot. Continuous hyperspectral data capturing can happen at video rates.
